Where we ship We currently ship to European Union countries only.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
- Luxembourg: 2–4 business days

EU / international: typically 3–7 business days, though POST Luxembourg does not guarantee delivery times for international shipments.
Shipping rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping from 55 euros.
Order tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
